{Husbands should love. Wives should respect.}
Simple right?
Sadly, many couples never fully understand this concept.
hmmm..wouldn't it be easier
if women were called to love & men to respect.
This is part of God's perfect plan.
It's easier to help someone with their struggle - when the struggle come natural to you.

{The Crazy Cycle}
Dr. Emerson
came up with the perfect analogy.
When the
wife acts disrespectful, the husband will act unloving. When the husband acts
unloving, the wife will act disrespectful.
So on & so forth…
Have you
ever experienced this?
I know we have & it can be tough.
How can we get off this cycle?
Think about
it this way...
Women hear through pink earphones & men hear through blue earphones
(Emerson).
The key is, to try and hear how your partner is hearing to understand where they are coming from.
“Get rid of
all bitterness, rage, anger, harsh words, and slander, as well as all types of
evil behavior. Instead be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one
another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.”
Ephesians 4:31.
