Family Portraits
So it has been a while since I've last posted... lots of things have been happening over here at the Diaz house between work commitments, travel, renovations, and the passing of a loved one.
In honor of our sweet Abuela Sira, I've decided to dedicate this post to the importance of family portraits at your wedding.
A few weeks before the big day, our photographer contacted me, asking the specifics on our family portraits. I really appreciated this phone call because it gave me time to sit back and think of the shots I wanted to be taken.
Some shots that were really important to us were: immediate family, with our siblings (which happened to be the maid/matron of honor and best man), with our grandparents, and pictures of both sides together as a newly formed family.
..............
Before your big day, it might be a good idea to sit back and think about the shots you don't want to be forgotten. Send the specifics to your photographer ahead of time so that you have nothing to worry about the day of!
Sweet Day! Give a little extra love to those important to you today.
Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens. Psalms 68:19
..............
Check back tomorrow to see where we are on the house renovations!
