A few months ago, my cousin began planning for her baby shower and I was giddy with the thought of it! You see, this baby is a true answer to prayer. Joey + Sasha had been trying to conceive for over 3 years, with lots of help but no answers. This summer the couple was surprised
& elated by the news and announced it to the family at our annual beach trip in Sarasota, Florida. Baby J's expected to be welcomed into the world early 2015.
2014 was a good, full year for us. We met new friends, traveled the world, grew closer and learned to be content and fully present in the stage of life presented. It wasn't all rosy of course, nothing is. But through struggles we grow stronger. His grace is forever redeeming.
This year I am putting my focus on a particular passage in the bible that I've grown to love. Found in Matthew 5, and ironically the center of the
my mum and I will be attending later this year.

Merry Christmas from my family to yours. We are taking a few days off this week and spending it with family on the west coast of Florida. Many blessings to celebrate this year, that's for sure.
