Power Breakfast

Do you ever get over obsessive over a particular item... shoes, sunglasses, movies, food??? Good, it's not just me then.  Every couple of months or so, I find my self craving one particular item ALL of the time - and then I get tired of it. Let's see how long this craving lasts...I do guess it's a good think these waffles are healthy and actually better than what I was eating for breakfast before.

I introduce to you...

Have you tried them? What do you think?

I usually add some maple syrup and a few berries on top!

Sandals: Emerald Bay (What I Wore)

As I mentioned in yesterday's post, we spent last week in the island of Exuma and although I clearly didn't take that many outfit pictures, you get the idea of my "typical island wear".

.Sunglasses. Hats. Bathing Suites. Cover Ups. Dresses. Shorts. Wedges. Sandals.

I swear he likes matching me ;)

It's a good thing we live in Miami-I pretty much only own island wear and use it 11 months out of the year! Check back tomorrow (preferably when you aren't hungry) - I'm going show you the different dining options you're given while at Sandals Resorts.

Sandals: Emerald Bay (About The Resort)

This past week, we got to spend time in the Bahamian island of Exuma. After a very short 45 minute plane ride (from Miami) and 10 minute taxi trip- we were there.

Over the next couple of days, I am going to break down the Sandals experience with you in hopes that you will one day give Sandals a try! This was the second Sandals property that we visited (the first being in Ocho Rios, Jamaica) and we are already signed up to go again next year.

There is something about being dropped off on an exotic island with unlimited food, rest and sun that really rejuvenates you.

Around the Resort:

 (View from our room)

(Private Beach)

(Pool) - there were 2 pools on this property. This one and a quite pool.

(Golf Course)

What you get with Sandals:
Unlimited food/drinks (9 restaurants - more on this later in the week)
Amazing service
Water Sports: paddle boards, sail boats, trikes etc. included
24 hour room service
Entertainment
Unlimited scuba diving and snorkeling
Beautiful romantic rooms
A couple's only atmosphere

We love everything about it! Last time we went to Sandals (a little over 2 years ago) we got engaged- so it will always have a special place in our hearts! I do have to say, it was much better coming back as a married couple though!

Check back tomorrow to see what I wore while on the island.

Choosing Your Wedding Colors

Today, you can find 5 important rules to remember when choosing your wedding colors over on Kate's blog. While she is honeymooning this week, I was asked to guest post for her!

.........

We are halfway done with our trip in the Bahamas and I cannot wait to fill you in on everything over here! I will give a full review/recap on where we stayed and what we did next week!

It's almost the end of the week! I hope you enjoy yourself prepare for the weekend!

Soon To Be Frenchie Owners

For the last couple of month's, my hubby and I have been diligently searching for blue french bulldog breeders. We've searched high and low literally - and ended up in Colorado.

Our new puppy was said to be born this last week, but due to complications wasn't able to give birth to the baby we were hoping for (color).

So now we are back on hold but it's okay. I know God's timing is perfect and He knows just what we need and when.

So we are back waiting for a new frenchie. The good news is this breeder is expecting to have another litter in the next several months so we have hope!

Our family of 2 will become a family of 3 when our little pup is born and God's timing is right! As for now, I will continue enjoying my hairless floors!
