In honor of this wonderful time of year,
I am going to highlight some of my favorite Summer destinations this week.

Destination 1:
:: Spain ::
Exactly one year ago, I was in Spain for my {future} in law's 30th wedding anniversary.
Spain is an amazing place. Filled with so much culture, food, architecture, history & beauty.
Here are some highlights from the trip:

My future {M-I-L}, {S-I-L} & I were in heaven.

Spain Travel Tips:
:: We went to Spain for a total of 10 days. We flew in & out of Madrid.
:: We stayed in three different condos (Madrid, Barcelon & San Sebastian) Staying in a condo while on vacation with a large group is the best way to go! It is very cost effective & allows for both quite time & family time whenever you want!
:: We rented a van & drove everywhere. Learn stick shift.
: Our route was as such - Madrid, Toledo, Barcelona, Pamplona, San Sebastian, Las Riojas & Segovia.
:: My favorite city in Spain {by far} was San Sebastian. It is located on the North Eastern tip, only 20 minutes from France. The entire city is shaped in a crescent around the Mediterranean Sea.
:: Most of the food is in the form of Tapas: small appetizers. Order a lot!
