I love to bake.
I got into it during my sophomore year of college.
My favorite kind to bake has always been pies.
Apple Pie. Key Lime Pie. Strawberry Pie.
You name it.
I'm not really sure what it is about pies that I love so much.
Maybe its the pretty pie pans... Who knows.

In 2009, I entered in a Paul Deen {Philadelphia Cream Cheese} Contest.
To enter, you had to create a video using Philadelphia Cream Cheese.
The grand prize... $10,000 and your own show.
Talk about winning big.

I made a Strawberry Cheese Pie.

The video took an entire Saturday & was filmed in my {future} in-laws kitchen by my fiance.
Love makes you do some crazy things. Bless his soul.
