In A Crafty Sort of Mood

Since I have the day off today, I'm in full craft mood over here!

Want to see my list?......Are you sure?

I am not crazy, I swear :) While I am working away, I've made a video with crafting in mind! Here are some clips of my student's at Fall Craft Day last week!

Aren't they precious??

Enjoy! And happy day off if you work at a government job!!

P.S Our wedding 2 week mark was yesterday!! It's almost here!

My Bachelorrette Party

Or should I say, my version of a bachelorette party.

My weekend was phenomenal. It all started with a drive to a small beach town near Boca Raton. I went to college in Boca, and lived there for 3 years...Boca is also where I met Gabriel, so it holds a very special place in my heart! They couldn't have picked a better spot to spend the weekend.

Anyway, since I went to school there, a lot of my college gals still live there, and two of my sorority sisters planned the entire thing! It was a weekend filled with food, friends, sweets, ocean, games and stories! I was so touched by everyone's generosity and driving from all over the state to come and spend the day with me! It was the perfect girls day and send off into marriage.

I was so excited for all that they had done!

What's a Bachelorette Party without some sparking cider! ;)

Yum Yum dinner time!!

Here is my little, the best host ever! I couldn't get her out of that kitchen!

Essie nail polish party favors, oh my!

After all of my friends left, me and my sorority sisters had a little sleepover & woke up early to hit Starbucks and The Farmers Market. Mhhhmmm... what a lovey weekend, on top of everything, my friends even showered me with tons of wedding day/honeymoon gifts. Thank you guys, you are the best!

Do you remember your bachelorette party? What did you and your friends do?

HF4F + a beach cottage getaway

Today is the Character Book Parade over at our school, and yes, I will be dressed as an owl all day long!

Top 5:

1. Happy Character Book Parade Day!
2.Got a mani/pedi in preparation for my "girls weekend away".
3. I'm one step close to picking out the Hunter boots I want for our honeymoon!
4. Spinach, oats & strawberry smoothie for dinner...oh my!
5. Got my bags packed and ready to go!

This weekend I'm heading up the coast of Florida to spend the weekend with my bestfriends in honor of the upcoming wedding. I've never been the "bachelorette party" type, so when my little told me she wanted to be in charge of a relaxing getaway, I was ecstatic. I'll take my bestfriend, cupcake, beach weekend getaway anyday! Ali (my little:sorority lingo) has planned the entire weekend and even managed to keep it a surprise so I really have no idea what will be going on!

Her invitation went a little something like this:

Hi Best Friend!
Come to my beach cottage to celebrate you all weekend long.
It's going to be an elegant but casual night so dress accordingly.
If it's breezy out bring a sweater, if it's warm bring your bathing suite!
Come starving, bring your camera and a beach blanket!

Isn't she the cutest! Can't wait to fill you in!

Have a beautiful weekend- enjoy this beautiful weather, will you?

These Next 4 Weeks....

As the days are getting closer, I'm finding myself swamped with things to do... seating charts, last minute emails, decor decisions etc....

With all of that in mind, I've decided to cut down my blog posts, a bit, to free some time... just until after the wedding of course.

Don't worry, I'm not going too far. I'll still post at least 3 times a week to keep you in the loop. After the wedding and honeymoon are over, I plan on giving you a full break down of all the details: save the dates, invitations, seating chart short cuts, my dress, the cake, where we honeymooned and so much more!

So, here is to a busy four weeks ahead... planning, packing, decorating the house and getting everything for this wedding taken care of!

A Peak at our Wedding Thus Far

This weekend while we were at our final appointment, I realized I have yet to show you where we will actually be getting married.

There is something just so special and seriene about this place.

Everything is set in Tampa as of now, my wedding dress and plenty of decor made the trip over safely. It kills me not explaining all of the details going on, but I promise I will fill you in after the big day! I am all about keeping an element of surprise for our guests!

Sweet Day!
