Sweet Day!

Potty Problems

Well, I did have a very thoughtful post to write about today which included my new idea for organizing & building a pantry, but.....

the pipe broke in our little house and the time I had planned to write, was spent cleaning up an icky mess.

But really, ALL is GOOD. It could have been way worse!

Remember what we talked about yesterday, He is enough?

I can tell you one thing though...Exodus sure came in handy yesterday!

Enough.

Do you ever find yourself doubting the Lord? Doubting what He has called you to do? Doubting that he has equipped you enough?

My dear friend, often times I find myself feeling this way.

If He would have only given me _____ strength to do _____ task.

Thankfully, our Lord is a patient. He never get's frustrated when we fail.
He never make me feel like I am less of a person because I doubt Him.

Last night, I read something in bible study that stuck with me..."Bigger isn't always better. More is overrated. Believe it or not, you have exactly what you need in time, gifts, talents, provision and spiritual resources." (Priscilla Shirer)

"He has graciously granted to {you} everything pertaining to like and godliness." Peter 1:3

So go on and stand firm in what He has called you to do today.

It won't be easy.

Just remember....

He is enough

Fall Home Decor

Last week, I finally had a chance to fill our house with the final touches of fall. Although we won't be here for Thanksgiving {we are heading north to have Thanksgiving at my family's & begin the wedding celebrations} I wanted to make sure our house was filled with the season.

A quick walk around:

Oh & you can't have fall without an on the go Nespresso machine!

Last November at our engagement party, we had all of our guests sign this plate instead of a guestbook. I am so glad we choose to do this because now, we can put it up for display every fall!

Last week I posted a tutorial on this wreath. If you missed it, make sure to check it out!

How have you decorated for the season? Are you leave changing yet?

This Florida girl has never lived in a place where true fall occurs. Maybe this is why I love decorating the inside for the season!

Sweet Day!

Buddy Brew Coffee

This past weekend while in Tampa taking our engagement shoot at UT (more to come on our session soon), our photographer recommended some amazing coffee.

There is something you need to know about my fiance and I... we are addicted to coffee. I can totally admit it, and he is the one in denial. We love trying coffee wherever we go.

Isn't it adorable. I am a total sucker for eclectic spots.

Here is their roasting machine. Yes, they roast their own coffee in house.

See this? Here is where they hand pour single cups of drip coffee.

My fiance got a latte (espresso with milk) and I got the frothy iced blend.

If you're ever in the downtown Tampa area, make sure to try Buddy Brew. I promise you won't be disappointed!

Sweet Day & Happy October!
