I Hear Wedding Bells!

Today is my future sister & brother in law's rehearsal dinner.  I'm so excited to kick off this wedding weekend!!

To my Brother To Be: When I was younger, I always wanted a brother & well, by God's grace, He blessed me with one. You are exactly what I've imagined a big brother to be... you pick on me, you think my ideas are looney, and yet you are almost exactly like me. So, to a great big brother that will be in my life forever, good luck on your marriage! You have truly chosen a wonderful bride! I promise we will be by you guy's side throughout this exciting adventure.

To my Sister To Be: There is nothing more special than the relationship between two sisters & you sister, are stuck with me for the rest of your life! I'm so glad we're both marrying into such a wonderful family & get to experience this sisterhood together! You are going to be a fantastic wife! The fun part is, we get to work on being "good wives" to these Diaz brothers together! Through thick & thin for many years to come!

 To the both of you...Congratulations!!!

& don't worry, we will be joining you guys as a Mr. & Mrs. Diaz soon!!

Our Engagement

Today I am linking up with Jen for a flashback moment.

{April 4, 2011}

Our engagement day!

We got engaged exactly two years from the day we met. My fiance proposed in Jamaica at sunset. It was a glorious & surreal day. I am so thankful for the man that God has made for me!

Some people have asked how we got footage of the engagement... My fiance told me that a photographer would be taking some pictures at sunset before our "excursion". Needless to say, the "excursion" was actually our proposal! I am forever thankful that he was so thoughtful to have a photographer there. Boyfriends.... take note. All girls want a picture to bring back from this day! ;)

Everyday we learn more & more about eachother. It's amazing to see our relationship continue to blossom into such a beautiful thing as the years go by. Our wedding date is quickly approaching! I am looking forward to that special day.

What was your proposal like?

Have a sweet day!
